General Orders: Orders will be processed in the order in which they are received. Some of our products are shipped from Boise, ID, while others are shipped directly from the manufacture or a distributor. For most purchases, customers can expect orders to be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. During busier times of the year, customers will need to allow for at least 7-10 business days for orders to be process and shipped. Products within the United States are primarily shipped via FedEx ground. However, from time-to-time, Cruising Supplies.com will use other carriers deemed necessary to fulfill orders in a timely fashion. Manufactures and distributors of Cruising Supplies.com uses will use the carrier of their choice. In general, shipping times for FedEx ground ranges anywhere between 3-7 business days. Large, Special, and Rush Orders: For those who have larger orders, Cruising Supplies.com will need at least 10 business days to process the order in addition to any shipping times. This extra time is necessary to ensure product availability and to reduce the customers price in shipping expenses. If for some reason you have specific needs and do not see the product or quantity you need, please call or email so we can get you an accurate quote and do our homework for you. Cruising Supplies.com will do its best to ship multiple items together to reduce your shipping costs. Unfortunately, some items will be shipping from different locations and Cruising Supplies.com will have to charge accordingly for shipping for those items. Back Orders: Since Cruising Supplies.com does use manufactures and distributors, there may be times that items are on back order; we apologize in advance for this delay. Cruising Supplies.com will promptly notify customers when this occurs either by phone or email to proceed as the customer wishes. Shipping Out of the Country: Cruising Supplies.com will ship most products outside of the United States to places were the United States Postal Service delivers. (With due time, our carrier of choice may change.) Customers are responsible for all shipping, duty, and customs fees and taxes. Please note that some products may not be allowed into certain countries, so please do your homework on what that country will and will not allow through its boarders. (Some merchandise cannot be shipped out of the United States due to the nature of the product.) If customers are aware of a way to save themselves some money when shipping outside of the United States, Cruising Supplies.com will be happy to work with you. Shipping Canned Merchandise: Please note that all canned merchandise that leaves our site is dent-free. If your canned merchandise packaging is in bad shape, please refuse the package so we can expedite a claim on the package. Returns General Returns: Cruising Supplies.com hopes that you are happy with your purchases; however, if for some reason you need to return a product, please call 208-375-2204 or email us for instructions on how to proceed. Most merchandise will need to issue an RA (return merchandise number) before shipping the merchandise back. Cruising Supplies.com wants to know about any product concerns that customers may have before going to the manufacture. Convenience Returns: Cruising Supplies.com will gladly accept returns within 14 days of the day that it shipped only if new, unused, and in its original packaging, less the shipping cost. Restocking fees do apply. Depending on the product, most merchandise will incur a 15% restocking fee. The customer is still held responsible for all shipping charges associated with the initial sale of the product and for its return. Cruising Supplies.com prefers refunding purchases by check, and checks for refunds will not be issued until Cruising Supplies.com has received the merchandise. Defective Returns: If a product is defective please call 208-375-2204 or email Cruising Supplies.com for instructions on how to proceed. Most merchandise will need an RA (return merchandise number) issued before shipping the merchandise back. In general, Cruising Supplies.com will share the cost of returning the product and resending a non-defective product if the manufacture or distributor does not already cover it. In most cases, the customer is still responsible for shipping charges incurred during the initial sale and will be responsible for shipping the returning, defective product. Please understand that defective merchandise and how it is handled, differs by each manufacturer and distributor.
